In order to enjoy the photographs, you must have 24bit color or better, and I strongly recommend that you calibrate your screen.
All colors are chosen to be neutral. The backgrounds are either white or grey, If you see any color in them, you probably should calibrate your screen. The reason for this rather dull choice of colors is to add less distractions and focus on content. Pictures generally look better with neutral background.
Most of the modern browsers will show these pages more or less as I intend them to be. Please note that I only test against the latest version of a selection of browsers (Firefox, Camino, Safari, Internet Explorer and Opera). If you have any problems viewing the pages, upgrade your browser or install Firefox, which is my preferred browser.
There is no Flash on these pages, and only a moderate amount of Java, most of which will degrade gracefully (I think).
